Vallaire Fields is a results-driven Certified Public Accountant and business leader with more than 15 years of experience in accounting. She has held senior roles such as Director of Accounting and Fractional CFO, where she developed and implemented financial systems, strategies, and controls that significantly improved performance and profitability.

Vallaire’s career includes leading operations for organizations across industries—from healthcare and nonprofit to professional services and corporate accounting. She has successfully implemented financial software solutions, optimized month-end processes, and designed internal control systems that streamline operations and enhance financial transparency.
Known for her analytical mindset and collaborative leadership style, Vallaire has a proven record of guiding clients through complex financial challenges with clarity and precision. Vallaire holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Houston–Downtown, a B.S. in Finance, and an M.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans. She is a licensed CPA in Arizona.
